    Customer service at the Tommy Hilfiger store in the Heartland Centre is beyond terrible! After waiting in the checkout line for 15 minutes (to return an item...reason I stayed; 2 cashiers serving the line and only 7 customers in front of me when I entered the store), a 'manager' on the floor told me there were no other 'cashiers' available at that moment. Waited an additional 10 minutes and decided to approach another 'manager' who said that "many complaints have been made to the head office about the length of time people have to wait in the line but nothing has been done". Maybe some changes have to be made somewhere!
